Why choose individual training?

Total football performance is influenced by individual playing skills and individual playing performance.

  • Individual game skills are based on ball handling. Dribbling, ball handling, passing, shooting and evading the opponent.

  • Individual game performance is based on a player's movement without the ball, cooperation with teammates, and overall behavior on the field in various situations.

All these attributes are subject to time and space pressure, when the player has less and less time for all activities. Individual football training focuses on the development of all game skills and on improving game performance.

Our individual training offer

Training by position on the pitch

Specialized training focused on the specific requirements of individual positions:

  • Goalkeepers: Reaction, positioning, footwork.

  • Defenders: Tactics, duels, passing.

  • Midfielders: Game overview, passing, pace control.

  • Forwards: Finishing, movement without the ball, dribbling.

Strength and conditioning training

Developing the physical abilities necessary for modern football:

  • Speed and agility: Exercises aimed at improving acceleration and changes of direction.

  • Strength and explosiveness: Strength training with an emphasis on functional strength.

  • Endurance: Training to increase aerobic capacity.

Mental training

Strengthening mental resilience and concentration:

  • Self-confidence: Techniques for increasing self-confidence on the field.

  • Concentration: Exercises to maintain attention during a match.

  • Stress management: Strategies for coping with pressure at key moments.

Training locations

Trainings take place at the following locations:

  • Čelákovice: Football field – ideal for outdoor training.

  • Strahov: Private gym – suitable for strength training.

  • Černý Most: CleverFit public gym – available for fitness training.

  • Nehvizdy: Public oval - ideal for running and fitness training.

We offer two forms of training, depending on your preferences and goals:

Individual training (1 on 1)

Maximum focus on the specific needs of the player. Detailed guidance, technical corrections and a personal approach.

Small groups (2–6 players)

An ideal option for training with friends or teammates. Dynamic pace, game situations, motivation while maintaining a personal approach.
