Regeneration exercises and mobility

Exercises aimed at releasing muscle tension, improving range of motion and preventing overload. Suitable as a supplement to strength and sports training.

 

Sports and regenerative massages

Part of quality regeneration also includes care for the musculoskeletal system through massages. We offer:

 

  • Sports massages – aimed at relaxing stiff muscles, eliminating fatigue and preventing injuries

  • Relaxation massages – support regeneration, rest and mental relaxation

 

Individually or in a group

  • Individual care – maximum focus on a specific problem

  • Small groups (up to 4 people) – focused on mobility, compensation or breathing exercises, for example
