Why is strength and conditioning important?

Strength and conditioning training is a key element for improving physical performance, preventing injuries, and achieving optimal form. A properly set training plan helps develop:

  • Maximum strength and explosiveness: The foundation for fast and dynamic movements.

  • Speed and acceleration: Improving reaction time and the ability to change direction quickly.

  • Endurance: Maintaining a high level of performance for an extended period of time.

  • Coordination and stability: Better control of movements and reduced risk of injury.

Our training offer

Individual training (1 on 1)

Training tailored to your specific needs and goals. Focus on technique, correct execution of exercises and gradual increase in load.

 

Small group training (2–8 people)

Ideal for training with friends or teammates. Motivational environment, mutual support and individual approach to each participant.

 

Training locations

Trainings take place at the following locations:

 

  • Strahov: Private gym – suitable for individual training.

  • Černý Most: CleverFit public gym – available for group training.

  • Nehvizdy: Public oval - ideal for running and fitness training.
